Monique has studied wholistic approaches to health for many years. She worked as a licensed massage therapist after graduating from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. In pursuit of improving her own health, after much study, she experienced a significant improvement in health by using internal cleansing and a change in diet. These changes prompted her to get trained and certified as a colon hydrotherapist by the Long Island School of Colon Hydrotherapy. She is also a member of the International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy (I-ACT).
